Join our member-focused credit union here at Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union as a Collections Representative, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial wellness by assisting members in resolving delinquent accounts with professionalism and care.
The Collections Representative position participates in maintaining a financially sound loan and deposit portfolio through early delinquency control. This position uses all methods to accomplish this including (but are not limited to): payment processing, phone calls, collection letters, digital communications, and in person interviews. As a Collections Representative you will also be responsible for recommending further action on accounts as deemed necessary (including but not limited to): repossession, legal action foreclosure and referral to collection agencies.
This position is for you if:

- You love the details – no detail is too small.
- You have previous experience in the financial industry, credit union background a plus.
Requirements:
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- Ability to be bonded
Pay Information:
- Starting Range: $19.04/hr. – $22.61/hr.
- Full Range: $19.04/hr. – $28.56/hr.
