Attention Midwest Loan Services Mortgage Holders: Your Servicing Is Transitioning to Centennial Lending.
If your mortgage is currently serviced by Midwest Loan Services, please be advised that effective June 1, 2026, the servicing of your loan will transfer to Centennial Lending, a wholly credit union-owned service organization and trusted partner of Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union.
Your mortgage is not being sold, and your loan terms will not change. Meridian Trust has elected to transition the servicing of Midwest Loan Services mortgages to an organization founded by and for credit unions, with the goal of delivering enhanced value, expert service, and an elevated member experience.

- Your new loan number
- Instructions for establishing online account access
- Payment submission details and accepted methods
- ACH authorization form for automatic payments

Does this apply to me? This transition applies exclusively to members whose mortgages are currently serviced by Midwest Loan Services. If you are unsure whether your mortgage is affected, please contact us using the information provided below.
Will my loan terms change? No. Your interest rate, monthly payment amount, and all other contractual terms will remain unchanged.
Will my loan number change? Yes. A new loan number will be assigned and communicated to you in your welcome packet, which will be distributed on May 19, 2026.
Where should I direct payments at this time? Please continue submitting all payments to Midwest Loan Services through May 31, 2026. Beginning June 1, 2026, all payments should be directed to Centennial Lending.
What payment options will be available through Centennial Lending? You will have the ability to pay online through your Centennial Lending account, submit payments by mail, enroll in ACH automatic payments, or utilize online bill pay through Meridian Trust or another financial institution.
Is my personal information secure during this transition? Yes. All personal and financial information will remain protected, encrypted, and handled in full compliance with applicable privacy and security standards throughout the transition process.
