Attention Midwest Loan Services Mortgage Holders: Your Servicing Is Transitioning to Centennial Lending.
If your mortgage is currently serviced by Midwest Loan Services, please be advised that effective June 1, 2026, the servicing of your loan will transfer to Centennial Lending, a wholly credit union-owned service organization and trusted partner of Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union.
Your mortgage is not being sold, and your loan terms will not change. Meridian Trust has elected to transition the servicing of Midwest Loan Services mortgages to an organization founded by and for credit unions, with the goal of delivering enhanced value, expert service, and an elevated member experience.

As a Midwest Loan Services mortgage holder, you will receive a welcome packet that includes the following:
- An overview of Centennial Lending
- Your new loan number
- Instructions for establishing online account access
- Payment submission details and accepted methods
- ACH authorization form for automatic payments

WHAT IS HAPPENING : Approximately 500 Meridian Trust members will have their mortgages transferred from Midwest to Centennial Lending. These mortgages are not being sold.

WHEN WILL THIS CHANGE OCCUR: Centennial will begin servicing these loans and accepting payments on June 1, 2026.
WILL MY LOAN TERMS CHANGE? No, the terms of the loan will remain the same.
WILL THE LOAN NUMBER CHANGE? Yes, members will receive their first communication from Centennial Lending on May 19, 2026. This initial correspondence will include the new loan number. Centennial Lending will send a full welcome pack on May 25, 2026.
WHERE SHOULD I DIRECT PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME? Please continue submitting all payments to Midwest Loan Services through May 31, 2026. Beginning June 1, 2026, all payments should be directed to Centennial Lending.
HOW CAN I PAY MY LOAN WITH CENTENNIAL LENDING? Beginning June 10, 2026, you can create an online account to make payments, you can also mail your payment, set up ACH (automatic) payments using the provided form or logging into your online account, or you can use online bill pay through Meridian Trust or another financial institution.
