Digital Banking Account Deletion Policy

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

 

Should you wish to delete your Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union user account please contact us via one of the following methods:

• Mail: PO Box 548, Cheyenne, WY 82003

Please be aware, deletion of your MTFCU mobile app profile will result in the deletion of your online banking profile as well.

 

Data Deletion from the Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union App:

 

When you request to delete your online and mobile banking profile, the following data will be deleted after 365 days:

• Personal Information: Your personal information such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the app.
• App Usage Data: All data related to your interactions and usage of the MTFCU app.
