Inbound Contact Center Representative

As a Contact Center Representative at Meridian Trust, you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service to our members. Most of the day is spent on the phone assisting our members with financial transactions from verifying account balances, transferring funds, loan payments, reordering debit cards, reissuing pin numbers, and more.

Loan Services Specialist

As a Loan Services Specialist at Meridian Trust, you will process loan title work and collect appropriate documentation for proper lien protection.  You will review and monitor documentation and follow-up as needed.  You will also assist our team or members with any questions regarding titles, CPI, and other loan related questions.
