BSA Analyst
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst to join our Compliance team. The BSA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring our institution’s adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintaining compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. This individual will assist in monitoring, investigating, and reporting suspicious activities, as well as ensuring that the bank’s policies and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements. Update and revise BSA procedures as necessary.
You are the right person for this position if:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assess risk and identify suspicious activity.
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service or operations role within a financial institution encompassing a broad knowledge of products and services is required.
Universal Teller
As a Universal Teller (also known as Member Relationship Advocate) at Meridian Trust, you’ll instantly become part of a team providing best-in-class financial services to our members. In this role no day will ever look the same as the day before. Member Relationship Advocates assist members with new account opening, consumer lending and teller transactions as well as assist with promoting financial products and services. Here at Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union we pride ourselves on ensuring our members receive a seamless and positive experience with every transaction.
This job is for you if:
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals.
- You have previous experience with consumer lending. HELOC experience a plus!
- You are able to work in a fast paced team environment
- You have basic knowledge of financial products and services
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Previous financial industry, new accounts, and consumer lending experience a plus!
