What you need to do
Members currently using QuickBooks or Quicken software will need to make some changes to ensure a smooth transition with the new platform. Conversion instructions are below.
Complete by June 6th
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by Sunday, June 6th. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
Complete by June 15th
By Tuesday, June 15th, you’ll need to complete the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted Monday, June 7th through Monday, June 14th. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

Enrolling in Online Banking
To ensure a smooth transition for our members, we will be disabling online enrollment for two weeks after we launch. To enroll in online banking after we launch, please contact your local branch or call 800.726.5644, and we will assist you.
Online banking platform will be accessible through the two most current versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. A popup will notify you if you access this platform using an unsupported browser.
